Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

- Only Full Cancellation allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed.

- To place cancel request call the customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Order Returns

- In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.

- Returns will not be taken for orders delivered by store personnel. Please check the product at the time of accepting delivery.

- When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.

- Please note that we will provide refund / return facility only for products bought from our online store and not for orders from physical stores or other online stores.

- In case of wrong product ordering (e.g 180mm tava instead of 220mm Tava), you can place a new order, for a different product but from the same category, of equal or higher selling price. Send back the wrongly ordered product with following remark "Wrong product ordered. New order no - XXX" Also send us an email with the full details of both the orders along with your bank account IFSC details for transferring payment. We will initiate online fund transfer for the returned product amount, within 7 working days of receiving the wrong product.

Order Refund

- Refund if any will be through gift card only. There is no cash refund.

Repair / Warranty issues

- In case of any kind of malfunctioning or defect in product, the item will need to be taken to the nearest Prestige Service Center for assessment and resoution.

All products ordered online at Prestige Xclusive get shipped within a period of 2 - 3 days. However, there are some product which have certain geographical and physical restrictions as these are a bit bulky as well as delicate and hence cannot be shipped via a courier. These products are delivered by the nearest Prestige Xclusive outlet. The regions where our outlets cannot reach, these products will not be shipped. These products are validated at the shopping card via pin code for delivery. Wherever the entered pin code is not supported, the purchase for this product will not be allowed.
