INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons fine semolina (sooji)
- oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, and fine semolina in a large bowl. Add water (approx ¾ cup) gradually and knead to make a stiff dough.
- Cover the dough with a clean kitchen cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Knead the dough again for a minute until smooth, and then divide it into 14-16 equal-sized
