If you are using breaded or battered foods, you may want to lightly coat them with oil to prevent them from sticking. You can also use a cooking spray to coat your food with a thin layer of oil.

• Air fryers cook food quickly, so it is important to not overcrowd the basket. This will prevent the food from cooking evenly.
• You may need to shake the basket of your air fryer occasionally to ensure that the food is cooking evenly.
• Air fryers can get hot, so be sure to place them on a heat-resistant surface.
• Let your air fryer cool down completely before cleaning it.

• Let the frying basket and the inside of the appliance cool down completely before you start cleaning.
• The basket, and the inside of the appliance have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials as this may damage the non-stick coating. Clean the appliance after every use. Remove oil and fat from the bottom of the frying basket after every use.
• If food residues are stuck to the pan or the basket, you can soak them in hot water and dishwashing liquid for 10–15 minutes. Soaking loosens the food residues and makes it easier to remove. Make sure you use a dishwashing liquid that can dissolve oil and grease. If there are grease stains on the pan or the basket and you have not been able to remove them with hot water and dishwashing liquid, use a liquid degreaser.
